Meet your mentor
I'm Tosin Ogunkoya. For more than thirteen years I've led business analysis and digital transformation across thirteen markets, trained over three thousand people, and built BA capability for teams at organisations like IHS Towers and Renascence CX.
I teach from situations I have actually handled: messy requirements, difficult stakeholders, and projects that had to deliver. That's the difference between knowing the theory and being the analyst people ask for by name.

Do I need a technical background to become a business analyst?
No. Many business analysts come from operations, customer service, finance, HR or project roles. What matters is being able to understand how a business works, ask good questions, and write clear requirements. Mentorship helps you translate the experience you already have into BA language employers recognise.
